It is with a heavy heart that I report Ashley passed away on August 17, 2011. After fighting hard for over two years she lost her battle with IBC. Thank you to all who supported and encouraged her during her fight. Donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati in her name.

May God rest her soul and give her family and friends strength in their time of need.
Noooooo-o-o! Another sister lost to IBC, another too many. For all of you who supported Ashley in her battle, know that those of us who faced it and are still alive will continue to fight for the cure. Sending love and prayers.
I’m so sorry, thoughts and love to those she has left
Rest in peace Ashley
I thought of you today, Ashley, as I picked a poem for my blog to acknowledge World Cancer Day. Loss by Alison Luterman.
